Marcus Brooks is the co-founder of Altus Data Inc., a new startup digitally transforming the residential homebuilding market through the infusion of smart data into the breadth of the construction process. He is a West Point Graduate, Former Senior Intelligence Officer, Crummer Business School Alum, and serial entrepreneur. Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy, he was commissioned into the Aviation Corps. As a Lieutenant, Marcus was selected to be the Secretary of the Army’s Army Diversity Task Force to develop the Army’s Diversity Program currently in place. In 2011, he transitioned to the Military Intelligence Corps completing 15 years of service, multiple deployments, commanding, and leading over 750+ personnel across 6 countries.
Marcus integrated his passion for business throughout his military career combining creative and innovative solutions with engaged leadership. He was the architect of the Inside-Out Mentorship program to stimulate human and community development in the City of Newburgh. He is a Founding Member of Warrior Centric Health solving health inequities for Veterans and their families. He co-founded their non-profit arm, the Veterans Health and Wellness Foundation. He received his MBA from Rollins Crummer Graduate School of Business with a dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and International Business competition.
